This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Assist customers in navigating the platform and resolving technical issues.
• Address customer inquiries through inbound messages in both Indonesian and English.
• Ensure that customers enjoy the best possible listening experience.
• Proficient in both Indonesian and English.
• Experience in providing support through inbound messaging.
• Capable of managing 3-5 simultaneous chats.
• Must possess a dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11/MAC Tahoe or newer.
• Willing to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA application on a mobile device.
• Access to a webcam or smartphone that can capture clear photographs.
• Reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Minimum of 8 GB of RAM (additional memory is advantageous).
• Dual monitors are highly recommended for improved workflow and multitasking.
