This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage with your neighbors to discuss the services available that can assist them in their circumstances.
• Offer optimal solutions tailored to their needs through various communication channels, which may include voice, email, or chat.
• Address customer inquiries with attentive listening skills.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and patience.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Spanish and English.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Bilingual capability in English and Spanish.
• Must be a U.S. citizen as this role supports a U.S. government assignment.

• Base pay of $17.75 per hour, along with an additional $5.09 per hour for the first 40 hours in lieu of health benefits for this temporary position.
