Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers through phone, chat, SMS, and email to deliver accurate and prompt information regarding orders, promotions, shipments, product details, and returns.

• Build strong customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty.

• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including adherence, handle time, quality assurance, and attendance.

• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying company values and providing exceptional service.

• Utilize coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

• Safeguard the security and privacy of customer information.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting performance standards.

• Proficient in learning and utilizing new software applications.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and capacity to multitask efficiently.

• Dependable attendance and readiness to work a flexible schedule, including performance-based schedule bidding.

• Fluency in English with strong typing skills (must meet minimum words-per-minute requirement).

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
