This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Consistently provide the highest standard of customer service experience.
• Oversee customer accounts and offer technical assistance.
• Input application data accurately.
• Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned.
• Interpret and adhere to established procedures and policies.
• Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving projects and updates.
• Manage time and tasks effectively, including multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
• Engage in extensive self-study, training, and testing; progression through training and certifications is contingent upon successfully passing required exams.
• Follow regulated guidelines for communication across all channels.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Complete a background check and drug test within three days.
• Must have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
• A personal device with a functioning camera is required during the Training Period.
• Must commit to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period.
• A minimum internet speed of 100 mb/s with an Ethernet cable or fiber broadband internet using a hard-wired Ethernet connection is necessary.
• Not compatible with mobile internet service providers or satellite connections.
• Not compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders (for instance, T-Mobile is not compatible with our internal systems).
