This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
β’ Professionally and efficiently manage incoming customer calls
β’ Assist customers through the initial claims process with empathy and clarity
β’ Accurately enter and maintain confidential customer data
β’ Address routine inquiries and escalate more complicated issues as necessary
β’ Achieve standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity
β’ Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential
β’ Preferred 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or collections
β’ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
β’ Strong and confident communication skills over the phone
β’ Capability to handle multiple systems and tasks concurrently
β’ Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
β’ Reliable attendance and dependability
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required (insurance experience is a bonus)
