Bilingual – Customer Service Representative, English & Québec French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding, professional, and efficient service to all customers.

• Address customer inquiries and requests related to the rental of construction and industrial equipment, as well as store items.

• Serve as the company's primary point of contact for customers.

• Ensure reliability, availability, and ease of access for customers.

• Adapt to the physical requirements of the role, which include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working in both indoor and outdoor settings as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Québec French.

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or dedicated customer service department.

• Familiarity with Wynne or AS400 is preferred.

• Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry is preferred.

• Proficient in PC systems and possess typing skills (CRM, email, chat).

• Ability to assist others in accomplishing tasks.

• Knowledge of equipment rental processes.

• Understanding of the construction industry.
