This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Engage in positive and professional interactions to establish trust and rapport.
• Identifying Customer Needs and Providing Solutions: Pose relevant questions to grasp customer requirements.
• Research and compile necessary information to deliver accurate solutions.
• Recording Conversations: Document all customer interactions thoroughly using a CRM system.
• Include pertinent details of the conversation, customer preferences, and actions taken.
• Following Communication Procedures and Guidelines: Comply with established communication procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism and consistency in every customer engagement.
• Assisting with Program Modifications: Support clients with any required adjustments to their program, billing, and retention.
• Provide guidance and assistance throughout the modification process.
• Meeting Call and Retention Quotas: Aim to meet or surpass individual and team goals for calls and customer retention.
• Focus on delivering value to customers and actively work towards their satisfaction.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales is mandatory.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of call center policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High-level active listening capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
