Bilingual Customer Service Agent, Croatian, Slovenian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support to clients who speak Croatian and Slovenian through phone, email, and live chat.

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively.

• Record customer interactions and case details using CRM and ticketing systems.

• Refer complex or unresolved issues to internal teams or supervisors for further assistance.

• Keep up-to-date with knowledge of client products, services, and policies.

• Achieve or surpass response-time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance KPIs.

• Work collaboratively with team leaders and colleagues throughout the BPO operation.

• Engage in training sessions, product updates, and performance coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Croatian (both spoken and written) is a must.

• Professional or native-level proficiency in Croatian and Slovenian; bilingual capability in both languages is a strict requirement.

• A valid EU passport is mandatory.

• Previous experience in customer service, contact center operations, or the BPO/outsourcing industry is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a variety of customer interactions with professionalism and composure.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.

• A suitable and quiet home working environment for remote work in Bulgaria is required.

• Proficiency in standard computer applications is necessary.

• Capability to navigate CRM platforms is expected.
