• The specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs and delivering practical, objective solutions according to product and/or service protocols;
• In each engagement, they may manage various issues reported by customers;
• Utilize systems to document interactions and oversee service operations;
• Provide resolutions and track consumer inquiries;
• Support will be offered through CHAT or VOICE;
• Ensure clear communication throughout all customer interaction points.
• Must be employed for a minimum of 4 months;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficient in advanced Spanish (written/comprehension/verbal);
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and typing abilities;
• Must be available to complete training and work remotely;
• Previous customer service experience is preferred;
• Should have convenient access to the Atento Cabula unit;
