This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and appreciative assistance during every phone interaction.
• Provide outstanding, personalized solutions that cater to each customer's unique needs.
• Keep precise records of all interactions and transactions.
• Effectively multitask: document, research, and engage with customers in real-time.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and consistently represent Signet in a positive manner.
• Achieve or surpass production, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and quality targets.
• Address escalated issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
• Capability to multitask with precision and attention to detail.
• Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic mathematical skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Bilingual proficiency (particularly in Spanish) is an advantage.
