This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage corporate travel requests for both domestic and international journeys, ensuring the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency, adhering to SLAs, and following mandatory processes and specific requirements to foster client loyalty while continuously enhancing the quality of our services.
• Identify, assess, and act upon opportunities for process enhancements for both internal and external clients.
• Handle the quotation, booking, issuance, and reissuance of domestic and international air tickets; make hotel reservations for both domestic and international locations; arrange local/ground transportation (both domestic and international); coordinate domestic road travel; manage travel insurance; and facilitate group bookings for flights, hotels, and tours, whether domestic or international.
• Conduct training sessions.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Manage processes and case management involving clients and other analysts.
• Collaborate closely with management to devise and implement new processes and procedures, promoting innovative approaches to deliver greater value to clients and the organization.
• A technical and/or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in English at an advanced/fluent level.
• Ability to work a daytime 5x2 schedule: from 07:00 to 15:00 (with days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in corporate travel services.
• Advanced understanding of OBT and GDS systems.
• In-depth knowledge of car rental and airline systems.
• Extensive knowledge of major accommodation providers.
