Bilingual Contact Center Representative – Medical Record Retrieval

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote contact center assistance from home, accompanied by paid training and ongoing coaching.

• Perform daily verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to gather patient records.

• Arrange appointments with providers for the collection of records.

• Address issues through both phone and electronic communication channels.

• Adhere to additional instructions based on changing project and business requirements.

• Maintain a professional demeanor, focusing on customer service and teamwork.

• Utilize MS Office tools to optimize tasks and improve productivity.

• Manage a substantial volume of outgoing calls.

• Candidates must be eligible to work and fulfill job responsibilities within the United States.

• Must have high-speed internet with an Ethernet connection.

• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is preferred.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Capacity to establish and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Must be available for video during the training phase.

• Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.

• Reliable power backup is necessary.

• High-speed internet connectivity is essential.
