This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather, process, and enter commission statements from a variety of insurance providers.

• Examine commission transactions and verify them against bank statements.

• Oversee multiple deadlines to guarantee prompt commission payments to agents.

• Respond to agent inquiries swiftly, accurately, and courteously, including managing challenging situations with professionalism and calmness.

• Execute additional responsibilities related to the commissions department as directed by the immediate supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in an IMO or at a carrier level is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Strong skills in Excel are beneficial.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.

• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple priorities efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities.

• Dependable, trustworthy, proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Approachable and professional when delivering difficult information via phone and email.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Capacity to manage stressful situations with a positive, proactive approach.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to accept constructive feedback.

• Must live and have authorization to work in the USA.
