Bilingual Collections Specialist, MEX, COL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing collection calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Negotiate payment plans and address overdue accounts.

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients.

• Document all interactions and updates concerning accounts with precision.

• Ensure adherence to FDCPA and all relevant collections regulations.

• Achieve and surpass both individual and team performance objectives.

• Uphold professionalism and composure during difficult conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO collections is mandatory.

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and compliance regulations related to collections.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Proficiency in Spanish communication skills.

• Strong skills in negotiation and handling objections.

• Results-driven mindset with the capability to meet performance goals.

• Previous experience working remotely or from home is preferred.

• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia.

• Must fulfill all specified technical requirements.
