Bilingual Collections Specialist, BAQ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound collections calls with professionalism and efficiency

• Negotiate payment plans and address delinquent accounts

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients

• Accurately record all interactions and updates related to accounts

• Ensure adherence to FDCPA and all relevant collections regulations

• Achieve and surpass individual and team performance objectives

• Uphold professionalism and composure in challenging discussions

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO collections is mandatory

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and compliance regulations in collections

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Proficient in Spanish communication skills

• Strong skills in negotiation and handling objections

• Goal-oriented approach with the ability to achieve performance goals

• Previous experience in remote or work-from-home settings is preferred

• Must be permanently located in or near Barranquilla, Colombia

• Must fulfill all technical requirements outlined above
