This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

• Assist with administrative duties related to client intake and communication.
• Keep precise records of all interactions and case details in Excel.
• Distribute digital agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to gather additional information.
• Politely redirect or refer individuals whose cases do not meet the established criteria.
• Assess and triage cases to determine eligibility and alignment with the practice focus.
• Address inquiries received through phone, text, and social media channels.
• Manage incoming intake calls and perform initial screenings of potential clients.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Intake Specialist or in customer service roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong critical thinking abilities to effectively assess and triage potential cases.
• High emotional intelligence to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism.
• Ability to remain empathetic, patient, and composed when interacting with distressed individuals.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple inquiries at once.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to be warm, courteous, and assertive when necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-up capabilities.
