Bilingual Case Manager – Personal Injury, English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for clients during both the intake and treatment stages of their case.

• Keep in regular contact with clients about their treatment progress, property damage, case updates, and any unresolved needs.

• Promptly address client calls, voicemails, SMS messages, and emails in a professional manner.

• Offer clients updates, assistance, and support throughout the pre-litigation phase.

• Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and case activities.

• Track and follow up on client medical treatment progress and adherence from providers.

• Collaborate with medical providers on appointments, treatment updates, records, and billing inquiries.

• Liaise with insurance adjusters concerning claim status, coverage details, and property damage issues.

• Organize and prioritize an active caseload while facilitating the timely progression of each case.

• Confirm that all case documentation is accurately saved, organized, and maintained in the case management system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Personal Injury Case Management, Intake, or Pre-Litigation is preferred.

• Background in managing personal injury claims, insurance communications, or coordinating client cases.

• Knowledge of bodily injury claims, medical treatment progression, and property damage procedures.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients.

• Dependable attendance, accountability, and effective follow-through.

• Experience with Litify (Salesforce) is preferred.

• Background in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is preferred.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
