This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Act as the main contact for clients during both the intake and treatment stages of their cases.
• Keep clients informed through regular communication about treatment status, property damage, case developments, and any ongoing needs.
• Address client inquiries via phone calls, voicemails, SMS, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Offer clients updates, direction, and support throughout the pre-litigation phase.
• Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and case activities.
• Track and follow up on the progress of clients' medical treatments and provider compliance.
• Collaborate with medical providers concerning appointments, treatment updates, records, and billing requests.
• Identify gaps in treatment, missed appointments, or obstacles affecting case progression.
• Assist clients with scheduling issues and any treatment-related inquiries as needed.
• Liaise with insurance adjusters regarding claim statuses, coverage details, and property damage issues.
• Obtain and confirm insurance details, including policy limits, claim numbers, and adjuster information.
• Help clients with property damage concerns, including repairs, total loss claims, rental coordination, diminished value claims, and loss of use issues.
• Manage and prioritize an active caseload to ensure the timely advancement of all cases.
• Recognize cases that require escalation, attorney review, demand preparation, or transfer to the relevant department.
• Track case milestones and proactively follow up on pending items necessary for case progression.
• Ensure all case documentation is accurately saved, organized, and maintained within the case management system.
• Review files for completeness and readiness before submitting them for demand or attorney evaluation.
• Prior experience in Personal Injury Case Management, Intake, or Pre-Litigation is preferred.
• Experience managing personal injury claims, insurance communication, or client case coordination.
• Familiarity with bodily injury claims, medical treatment progressions, and property damage procedures.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to handle a high-volume caseload in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in client interactions.
• Dependable attendance, accountability, and a commitment to follow-through.
• Experience with Litify (Salesforce) is preferred.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
