This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Provide outstanding bilingual customer support through both inbound and outbound calls.
β’ Assist members by addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and compassionate manner.
β’ Investigate queries and deliver precise information while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ Record customer interactions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing systems.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure prompt follow-up and high-quality member assistance.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
β’ At least 6 months of experience in a call center and customer service environment is required.
β’ Excellent communication and active listening abilities with a strong customer-centric approach.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, and telephone technology.
β’ Capability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
