This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +18 more states.
• Provide assistance to customers by handling inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits.
• Help callers with inquiries regarding retirement, benefit information, and general questions about their benefits.
• Handle a consistent volume of calls while actively listening, navigating various systems, and delivering accurate and timely solutions.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or call center roles.
• Preferred background in healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits.
• Strong keyboarding abilities and competence in navigating multiple systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to effectively multitask while managing a high volume of calls.
• Capability to adhere to guidelines and provide accurate information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
• Successful completion of a background check is necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
