Bilingual Area Manager – Restaurant Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership, business acumen, and operational assistance to designated franchisees

• Act as the main business advisor and relationship manager for assigned franchisees

• Leverage robust analytical, financial, operational, and business insights to pinpoint performance deficiencies and craft insight-driven solutions

• Facilitate actions that enhance sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational standards

• Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees and ensure clarity of expectations

• Evaluate franchisee and market performance using Company systems, reports, and tools

• Convert findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations

• Lead regular business meetings with assigned franchisees

• Identify emerging challenges, performance gaps, and capability requirements

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams

⛳️ Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in place of a degree

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in restaurant operations, franchising, multi-unit environments, business consulting, finance, FP&A, or related business fields

• At least 5 years of experience in managing employees

• Experience within a franchise system, preferably in a QSR brand

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English and Spanish

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret operational and financial data

• Exceptional multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize various projects and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting

• Valid driver's license for Operator visits
