This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Safeguard and expand a portfolio of client accounts
• Oversee the pricing transition for your assigned accounts
• Propel the adoption of multiple modules
• Mitigate the risk of customer churn
• Ensure an organized and precise HubSpot pipeline
• Utilize AI tools to enhance your call preparations
• Proficiency in both French and English is essential
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer success with a renewal target — you should have managed a quota, not merely contributed to it
• Proven track record of managing accounts valued between $1M and $5M in ARR
• Demonstrated capability to navigate challenging commercial discussions
• Strong adherence to pipeline management
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT
• Background in a scale-up environment is preferred
