BigLaw Lawyer – Litigation, Corporate, M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a legal expert to assist a client's project and contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems

• Perform thorough legal analysis on a wide range of US law topics

• Conduct extensive legal research to support project goals and ensure the use of current, precise information

• Draft, review, and revise memoranda, legal opinions, contracts, and various legal documents

• Evaluate and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices

• Engage in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to enhance project deliverables and tackle complex legal issues

• Aid in content quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in legal materials

• Uphold exceptionally high standards and precision in all submissions

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience with one or more Vault Law 100 firms

• Valid license to practice law

• Strong academic background

• Current or previous experience with a leading US law firm

• Exposure to diverse practice areas and complex, high-stakes legal issues

• Demonstrated proficiency in legal analysis, research, and drafting across various legal subjects

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven experience in reviewing legal content

• History of successful remote collaboration and participation in multidisciplinary projects

• Familiarity with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is advantageous

• Dedication to precision, accuracy, and adherence to legal best practices

• No previous AI experience is necessary
