This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee the complete bidding process for opportunities in the **UAE and KSA**.
• Evaluate and analyze RFPs, RFQs, tenders, EOIs, prequalification documents, and vendor registration criteria.
• Develop compliant, high-quality technical and commercial proposals for projects in IT, software development, digital transformation, outsourcing, staff augmentation, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, delivery, technical, finance, legal, and leadership teams to gather necessary proposal inputs.
• Ensure all submissions adhere to client guidelines, local procurement regulations, formatting requirements, deadlines, and portal submission protocols.
• Manage bid timelines, responsibility matrices, compliance checklists, clarification logs, and submission tracking systems.
• Assist in vendor registration and prequalification processes with government, semi-government, and enterprise clients in the UAE and KSA.
• Work in close partnership with the sales team to comprehend client expectations, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and winning themes.
• Coordinate pricing information with finance and sales teams, including assumptions, scope exclusions, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
• Identify risks, gaps, contractual issues, technical dependencies, and necessary clarifications.
• Prepare documentation in both Arabic and English as needed, including company profiles, cover letters, forms, declarations, and compliance responses.
• Maintain an up-to-date bid library that includes case studies, credentials, CVs, company documents, templates, certificates, and reusable proposal content.
• Monitor bid status, submission results, win/loss feedback, and lessons learned.
• Ensure that Blackstone eIT’s value proposition is effectively communicated to clients in the UAE and KSA.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal management, tendering, presales coordination, or commercial proposal development.
• Demonstrated experience managing bids for the **UAE and/or KSA markets**.
• Background in IT services, software development, technology consulting, digital transformation, outsourcing, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/tender submission processes.
• Excellent skills in English writing, editing, and proposal development.
• Proficiency in Arabic reading and writing is highly preferred.
• Capability to coordinate with cross-functional teams across various locations and time zones.
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of pricing, scope, assumptions, payment terms, and contractual risks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle multiple bids under tight deadlines.
