Bid Proposal Specialist – Account Engagement Email Marketing Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and design at least six branded email templates for newsletters, donor communications, and fundraising initiatives.

• Develop dynamic content tailored to specific countries and interests.

• Design and construct a minimum of two HTML forms for email capture and lead generation purposes.

• Reimagine and establish engagement studio journeys for new donors and subscribers.

• Offer recommendations to enhance Salesforce Account Engagement and utilize underused features.

• Provide training to staff on all deliverables and include recorded training sessions for future reference.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (preferably in a nonprofit setting).

• Strong proficiency in HTML email design and template creation.

• Familiarity with email automation systems and strategies for engagement optimization.

• Capacity to analyze audience behavior and enhance segmentation tactics.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to synchronize email marketing efforts with organizational objectives.

• Experience in charitable, nonprofit, or cause-oriented campaigns is preferred.
