This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +5 more states.
• Address customer inquiries in both English and Spanish through phone, email, SMS, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Act as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking families and stakeholders, ensuring fair access to program support.
• Translate or assist in adapting communications and resources for customers from English to Spanish as required.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, elevating complex cases when necessary.
• Provide precise information regarding the ESA and microgrant programs managed by Odyssey.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance processes and improve the customer experience for diverse communities.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to improve skills.
• Achieve performance goals and contribute to the team's objectives.
• Remain informed about company policies and product knowledge.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience with Zendesk or a comparable contact management system is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support position.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a distributed team.
• Proficient in utilizing customer support software and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous.
• Preference will be given to applicants residing in Texas, Utah, Georgia, Louisiana, Iowa, Wyoming, or New York.
