This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming calls within 3 seconds or less.
• Complete a standard call in no more than 5 minutes.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service consistently.
• Manage time effectively both during and outside of phone calls.
• Prioritize tasks and calls based on their significance.
• Accept constructive criticism with a collaborative attitude.
• Maintain a distraction-free work environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A post-secondary education of 2 years is preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience is necessary; experience in phone-based roles is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• A high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
• Must pass all pre-employment assessments successfully.
• Two work references with current contact details must be provided at the time of the interview.
