This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver daily administrative assistance for the benefits programs across all Pyramid Global Hospitality locations.
• Manage and maintain ongoing benefits-related tasks while providing support and training for property HR Partners and associates.
• Offer exceptional customer service to all property HR teams, property associates, and Home Office staff concerning benefits inquiries, enrollment challenges, member doctor/facility situations, and more.
• Serve as the first point of contact for complex benefits issues, providing initial support and triage.
• Contribute to and occasionally lead specific training and educational sessions regarding the company’s benefit offerings.
• Coordinate with all benefit carriers, insurance brokers, and properties to ensure the effective functioning of Benefit Programs.
• Execute daily benefits administration tasks, which include, but are not limited to, dependent verification, evidence of insurability, data issues, Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance, and COBRA administration.
• Work alongside Total Rewards Analysts to track and process all benefit invoices.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting to ensure proper billing for Hotels.
• Aid in educating new Home Office staff about benefit offerings.
• Support Hotel Due Diligence and Acquisitions.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience is required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant HR and/or Benefits experience.
• Hospitality experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong preference for candidates who can speak and present in Spanish.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with the Workday HRIS system is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
