BI Analyst, Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing Microsoft BI technologies.

• Construct and uphold data models across both cloud and on-premise data sources.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and subject matter experts from Sales, Product, HR, and Finance.

• Gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions that enhance business performance.

• Convert complex business concepts and data into actionable visualizations and insights.

• Leverage LLM-based assistants and AI agents to expedite analysis, uncover insights, and identify anomalies.

• Promote data and analytics and foster the adoption of self-service analytics.

• Develop organization-wide analytical capabilities.

• Keep abreast of emerging analytics and applied AI technologies, recommending enhancements to tools and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Position located in Bulgaria.

• Must possess a valid work/residence permit for Bulgaria.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role.

• Capability to independently deliver complex reporting solutions across various domains.

• Experience addressing analytical challenges in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, or HR.

• Proficiency in translating business requirements into data models, visualizations, and dashboards.

• Familiarity with or willingness to engage with AI-assisted analytics tools.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data preparation skills.

• Comfortable working with ETL/ELT processes.

• Solid grasp of data modeling principles.

• Ability to communicate intricate data and analytical results to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is a significant advantage.

• Experience in a SaaS business and knowledge of ARR, churn, and retention is beneficial.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for analytics, Python, Snowflake, dbt, Azure, or BigQuery is a plus.
