This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and propel revenue growth in the target market by utilizing a cross-functional strategy to enhance account potential.
• Identify and qualify opportunities within the target market, ensuring a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Enterprise Solutions, Product, Services, and Client Partners in exceptional cases) to create and implement customized solutions that meet specific client requirements and business goals.
• Work closely with the Market Unit Lead and VP of Sales to pinpoint priority target accounts and execute a focused, data-driven pursuit strategy.
• Oversee the complete sales process, including negotiation and closing of agreements, while facilitating a smooth transition to client partners for continued relationship management.
• Keep precise pipeline data and sales forecasts, providing timely updates to leadership.
• Regularly achieve or surpass set sales goals and key performance indicators, encompassing bookings, revenue, sold gross margin, and Customer NPS.
• More than 15 years of experience in the relevant field is required.
• Advanced knowledge in professional sales training and sales processes.
• In-depth understanding of the processes, procedures, and systems employed to perform the work, along with familiarity with the broader underlying concepts within the job discipline.
• Expert-level comprehension of the Rackspace product portfolio, strategy, competitors, and clientele.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required, ideally in a field pertinent to the role.
