Beverage Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Showcase and organize beverage items on shelves, displays, and various locations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to both store owners and shoppers.

• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues.

• Organize products based on established plans or concepts approved by management.

• Affix price tags and descriptive signage on fixtures, merchandise, or floors.

• Move products from customer stock rooms to floor displays to adhere to "Sell By" dates, optimize in-store inventory, and reduce stock-room levels.

• Place orders for goods for designated accounts to avoid out-of-stock situations.

• Generate display concepts or implement suggestions from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.

• Maintain daily communication with key store staff regarding service or product requirements.

• Build or assemble display aids using company-supplied POS materials.

• Adhere to wearing the company-issued uniform and uphold a professional, well-groomed appearance.

• Execute additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must fulfill company driver qualifications.

• Capability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance.

• Ability to occasionally lift or transport up to 100 pounds using a hand truck or other manual lifting equipment.

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

• Background experience is preferred.

• Skill in addressing issues involving multiple concrete variables in standardized contexts.

• High degree of accuracy is essential.

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays may be necessary.

• Must wear a company-issued uniform and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.
