This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• You serve as a liaison between our prestigious clients and the development team.
• Identify the needs and desires of clients and develop suitable solutions.
• Be the point of contact for clients regarding technical inquiries or change requests throughout all project phases.
• Ensure quality and approve system adjustments after successful testing.
• Document knowledge internally.
• Occasionally travel within Europe to provide on-site support to clients.
• Experience in the tourism industry would be an advantage.
• If available, familiarity with reservation systems such as Amadeus Altea, Navitaire NewSkies, or quintessence ASGARD/MIDGARD.
• Experience with Scrum methodologies would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.
• Curiosity to ask questions.
• IT affinity.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
