This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assisting clients with bottleneck processes and identifying short-term improvements that can be implemented quickly.

• Analyzing processes and, if necessary, systems for long-term optimization.

• Developing practical solution proposals and collaborating with clients for implementation.

• Formulating strategies and solutions for challenges in liberalized markets, considering the EnWG, EU directives, and client-specific requirements.

• Monitoring market developments.

• Deriving new areas of focus and future consulting services.

• Supporting clients in overcoming challenges within the energy sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, such as office management, industrial management, or wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable qualification.

• Three to five years of experience in commercial process handling within the energy industry.

• Familiarity with upstream and downstream process chains.

• Extensive knowledge in at least one billing system: SAP IS-U, Schleupen, Wilken, or Powercloud.

• Customer-focused, implementation-oriented, and results-driven work approach.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Initial practical experience in project management and/or consulting.

• Identification with the values of success orientation, quality, honesty, fairness, and teamwork.
