This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing guidance to our member enterprises on all topics and cultures related to market-oriented organic agriculture.
• Developing practical strategies for the agricultural implementation on the farms.
• Organizing and conducting workshops and field days, as well as delivering expert presentations.
• Collaborating on practical research projects.
• Working together with raw material aggregators and processors to enhance sales opportunities and foster connections between production and trade.
• Specialized knowledge and practical experience in organic agriculture.
• Degree in agricultural sciences, qualification as a master or technician in agricultural management, or a comparable qualification.
• Passion for organic agriculture and the motivation to actively develop this sector.
• Willingness to travel for consultations, projects, and events.
• Enjoyment in collaborating with agricultural enterprises and possessing an open, communicative demeanor.
• Enthusiasm for conveying knowledge clearly—also in the form of presentations at workshops and field days.
• Willingness to travel within the area of deployment.
