
Benelux Sales Manager – Beverage Flavours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Overseeing strategic accounts and pinpointing business development opportunities
• Facilitating contract negotiations and working collaboratively across teams to provide customer value
• Crafting and executing regional/global sales strategies for designated markets
• Evaluating sales performance metrics and modifying plans to meet KPIs
• Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry-related events
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus
• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 5 years) in B2B sales, ideally within the Flavours or Food Ingredients sectors
• Familiarity with the beverage industry would be advantageous
• Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship development
• Strong analytical capabilities and business insight
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English; knowledge of additional languages is a benefit
