📋 Description

• Configure and manage a cloud-based benefits administration system.

• Cultivate relationships, influence strategic direction, and enhance client value.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols.

• Gather web-based data efficiently.

• Prepare data for upload by formatting submitted information into standardized structures.

• Set up the open enrollment process to align with customer workflow requirements.

• Conduct user interface testing and validate data accuracy.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on the BenAdmin platform after implementation, including handling expansions and issue escalations.

• Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful solutions.

• Safeguard and secure consumer personal, confidential, and identifiable information in a professional manner, adhering to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

• Navigate platform resources to assist customers in maximizing platform utilization.

• Achieve or surpass departmental goals as outlined.

• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Current life and health insurance license is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a broker agency, benefits administration firm, carrier, or TPA is preferred.

• Highly driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with a positive outlook.

• Flexible and capable of operating effectively amidst uncertainty and change.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
