This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for ensuring clients can hire, onboard, and comprehend their benefits.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned clients while enhancing knowledge and ensuring compliance.
• Establish objectives and visions for the benefits department.
• Work collaboratively with the team to align compliance and systems for clients.
• Ensure data integrity and functionality of all benefits-related information.
• Improve the efficiency of the benefits administration system.
• Conduct benefits analysis, validations, and audits.
• Address client inquiries and supply relevant information as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Benefits Services.
• Strong preference for experience with Prism HR in building benefit forms, workflows, and validating enrollment processes.
• Experience with any HRIS that includes benefits administration can substitute for direct Prism experience.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
