This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and nurture a team of benefits analysts, offering coaching, performance evaluations, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Supervise the daily management of health and welfare plans, retirement options, leave administration, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits across global regions.
• Direct the annual benefits planning cycles, which encompass plan design assessments, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and the execution of open enrollment.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA) as well as relevant global regulatory standards.
• Cultivate relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to guarantee that service delivery aligns with organizational expectations across various regions.
• Create and implement benefits communication strategies to inform employees and enhance engagement throughout their employment journey.
• Evaluate benefits data, utilization patterns, and costs to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and Finance teams to ensure precise benefits administration, billing reconciliation, and system integration.
• Act as the escalation point for intricate employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues promptly and in compliance with regulations.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitive practices to suggest program enhancements and innovations that aid in attracting and retaining talent.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in people management or team leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy within high-volume and complex tasks.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands while upholding delivery commitments.
• Experience in supporting benefits programs in Brazil, India, or other international markets.
• Professional certification (CEBS, CBP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with global benefits or multi-country compliance.
• Exposure to utilizing AI tools or technologies to enhance efficiency or improve benefit processes.
