This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide assistance to customers by responding to inbound calls concerning employee and retiree annuity benefits.
• Aid callers with inquiries related to retirement, benefit details, and general questions about their entitlements.
• Handle a consistent volume of calls while actively listening, navigating various systems, and delivering accurate and prompt solutions.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or call center roles.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits.
• Strong typing skills and ability to proficiently navigate multiple systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to multitask effectively while managing a high call volume.
• Ability to adhere to guidelines and deliver precise information.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
