Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Become a part-time telephone interviewer with Dynata’s Virtual Call Center team and earn additional income from home!

• Conduct outbound surveys with respondents and meticulously document their responses.

• The insights you gather and record will be shared with our clients to assist them in making better business decisions.

• Availability is required during the hours of 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST from Monday to Friday and 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST on Saturday and Sunday.

• You must be able to work one weekend shift each week (either Saturday or Sunday).

• A minimum of 4 consecutive hours is required per shift.

• You should be prepared to work a minimum of 20 hours each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside and work in one of the following U.S. states: AL, AR, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MN, MS, MT, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WI, WV, or WY.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old (16+ in SC, GA, and TX).

• Proficient in reading and speaking clearly.

• Capable of managing challenging calls in a professional manner.

• Able to listen attentively and understand respondent answers, accurately typing them into the Company’s survey software platform.

• A typing speed of 30 words per minute with accuracy is preferred.

• Must be able to sit and type for the majority of the shift.

• Candidates are required to provide their own equipment (laptop, headset, webcam, etc.).

• A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions is essential for conducting business.
