This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Manage a multi-line phone system.
• Efficiently transfer calls with accuracy.
• Provide assistance in emergencies by promptly directing calls to triage personnel.
• Familiarity with extension numbers for reaching staff across the network.
• Utilize voicemail and paging systems effectively.
• Guide clients with directions to network hospitals.
• Resolve issues related to problem calls.
• Comprehend the appointment scheduling program for examinations and procedures.
• Respond to general veterinary inquiries about the hospitals.
• Assist clients in navigating and utilizing our website.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of ONE YEAR of successful experience in a Call Center or Medical facility is preferred.
• A minimum of ONE YEAR of successful experience in the Hospitality Industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential.
• Experience handling a call volume of over 80 calls per day is preferred.
• Ability to effectively multi-task.
• Must be proficient in computer usage; basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software are necessary.
• Fluent English language skills (both speaking and reading) are required for this position; proficiency in additional languages is a plus!
