This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Have prior experience in customer service and/or call center roles.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions efficiently (10 or more systems).
• Complete a mandatory paid training program successfully.
• Possess strong multitasking skills.
• Show adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes swiftly.
• Pass an internet speed test (download speed of 25 Mbps or higher, upload speed of 5 Mbps or higher, Ping less than or equal to 175 ms).
• Have the capability to connect to a modem/router via an ethernet cable.
• Reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY.
