Benefits Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Update the spreadsheet for employee life insurance policies.

• Offer technical assistance to team members within the department.

• Aid the team in addressing support tickets.

• Engage in negotiations with benefits providers.

• Develop and track action plans for the rollout of new benefits.

• Implement new benefits providers.

• Review collective bargaining agreements and labor conventions.

• Register companies in the Worker Food Program (Programa de Alimentação do Trabalhador - PAT).

• Process requests for food and meal cards.

• Collaborate with management on entries and reconciliations for the personnel budget.

• Prepare various studies pertaining to the area of responsibility.

• Register, calculate, verify, and integrate monthly fees and copayments for health and dental plans.

• Be accountable for executing shared subprocesses.

• Perform other relevant activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Ongoing higher education (recommended).

• Familiarity with labor and social security legislation.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite).

• Experience with Integrated Management Systems (ERP).

• Ability to provide remote support to employees.

• Knowledge of Protheus.
