Benefits Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the customer delivery team to develop benefit guides, conduct open enrollment presentations, generate customer reports, create cost models, perform benchmark analysis, and fulfill other customer deliverables.

• Assist in the customer request for proposal process by gathering data, marketing carriers, developing proposal exhibits, conducting plan comparisons, and performing related tasks.

• Act as the project manager for insurance carrier implementations for designated customers.

• Carry out onboarding responsibilities for new Bennie customers.

• Aid in quality assurance efforts, which include enrollment audits, reviewing benefit plan setups, and examining customer billing.

• Contribute to the execution of annual account plans for assigned customers.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives for Bennie’s consulting and customer service strategies.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners in the benefits industry.

• Report directly to the Principal Benefits Consultant.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• 1–2 years of experience in benefits consulting or the healthcare sector.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
