This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Prepare and uphold quarterly and annual reports for group retirement plans, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.
β’ Create and revise governance and performance reports for client presentations as well as for internal assessments.
β’ Assist the Senior Managing Consultant in nurturing client relationships, addressing inquiries related to plan design, performance, and any issues that arise.
β’ Collaborate with insurance carriers and providers to collect data, resolve issues, and acquire plan information.
β’ Actively engage in client meetings (both virtual and occasional in-person), offering insights and supporting the overall client deliverables.
β’ Help coordinate and execute client deliverables across group health and group retirement programs.
β’ Ensure accurate documentation and that all reporting meets client expectations and compliance standards.
β’ Provide continuous administrative and analytical support to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
β’ 4-5 years of experience in benefits advising.
β’ Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and the entire MS Office Suite.
β’ Proven experience with group benefits and group retirement plans.
β’ Familiarity with reporting platforms and tools used by insurance carriers.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Group Retirement Plans and Group Health Benefits.
β’ Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
β’ Strong communication skills, with a professional approach to interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
β’ A proactive attitude, eager to learn, with a genuine interest in advancing within the benefits consulting field.
