This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist in the management of employee benefits and leave of absence initiatives
• Handle employee benefit enrollments and modifications
• Act as the main point of contact for employees concerning leaves of absence
• Address employee questions related to benefits programs
• Update and manage the Benefits pages on the company intranet
• 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration
• Fundamental understanding of employee benefits programs
• Proficient knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and leave administration practices
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred
