This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide collegiate BEDI chairwomen within the designated region to develop, execute, and assess their chapter’s annual BEDI action plan.

• Conduct annual audits of existing chapter practices, strategies, and governing documents, advising chapter leaders on implementing inclusive modifications in accordance with the guidelines established in the Collegiate Chapter Operations Manual (COM) and other Gamma Phi Beta resources.

• Suggest BEDI educational resources to the chapter, which may include Fidelity online courses, community partners, and/or campus professionals.

• Provide annual training to chapter leaders on the utilization of the Bias Incident Report Form.

• Collaborate with the bias incident response team as necessary.

• Ensure that BEDI chairwomen fulfill all duties in Beta Base.

• Guarantee that each chapter in the assigned region designates chapter members to participate on the BEDI Committee, ensuring representation from at least one member of each academic class.

• Act as the primary BEDI resource for volunteers, advisors, and collegians in the assigned region.

• Experience collaborating with a team to achieve set goals.

• A desire to mentor and coach collegiate women.

• Fundamental knowledge of Gamma Phi Beta policies and initiatives as detailed in the Collegiate Chapter Operations Manual and resources available on GammaPhiBeta.org.
