• Listening to and transcribing audio or video files of varying lengths with a high level of accuracy and within a reasonable timeframe, adhering to specific guidelines and project requirements.

• Classifying and labeling data according to established criteria.

• Recording voice in the native spoken language.

• Demonstrating fluency in both spoken and written forms of the assigned language.

• Exhibiting proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and spelling in the assigned language.

• Being organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of closely following instructions, quality standards, and productivity expectations.

• Maintaining speed and accuracy in all tasks.
