This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and assist a growing team of clinical psychologists and master's level providers, ensuring the provision of high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Lead with compassion, transparency, and responsibility—cultivating a clinical environment that attracts and retains high-performing individuals while upholding accountability to performance standards.
• Advocate for clinical excellence and maintain the highest ethical and regulatory standards within the team.
• Adaptable to working in a streamlined, fast-paced team, with the capability to accommodate last-minute scheduling adjustments when necessary (e.g., provider coverage or group rescheduling), as you contribute to developing a more scalable, fully staffed model. This may involve:
• Performing diagnostic assessments.
• Leading intake appointments for new patients.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, co-occurring Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, and more!
• Collaborate closely with our Operations team to synchronize clinician schedules with patient needs, manage time off, and ensure optimal availability for care.
• Spearhead process optimization—assess and improve workflows, outcomes, and patient experiences. Proactively identify methods to enhance quality of care and surpass NPS benchmarks.
• Balance clinical insight with business acumen to influence decision-making that affects clinician experiences, processes, and business results.
• Demonstrated success in addressing operational challenges in behavioral health or similar clinical environments.
• Balances empathy for staff with structure, accountability, and well-defined boundaries.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity; recognizes opportunities in rapidly changing settings.
• Natural leader who empowers teams and elevates performance standards.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master's-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Active CA license with 7+ years of post-licensure experience; open to or currently holding multi-state licenses.
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture, and quality assurance.
• Proficient in enhancing workflows, outcomes, and patient experiences.
• Collaborative, proactive, and technologically adept.
