Behavioral Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized telehealth professional or mental health coaching services to clients of Intellect.

• Address non-clinical concerns such as workplace stress, procrastination, and work-life balance, among others.

• Assist clients in reaching their personal, professional, or relationship aspirations.

• Work collaboratively with our internal clinical team to continually improve our platform and programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualifications: Must hold an active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification or a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling.

• Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in coaching methodologies and evidence-based practices (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).

• Experience: ICF Coaches should possess at least 200 hours of coaching experience, or Counselors should have 300+ post-graduation clinical hours.

• Languages: Must be fluent in English and the local language.

• Preferred Background: Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult counseling, or coaching in managerial capacities.
